AEI-Open Windows Visitors
American Group
On Thursday, 5th
May 2006, a group of 13 pilgrims came from the
USA. Dianna, who was a volunteer at the AEI-Open
Windows last summer, led the group. The group
was very interested in knowing about the
organization and its work for peace and
non-violence.
Mr. Anton Murra
– Assistant Director and General Youth
Coordinator- introduced the AEI's mission,
programs, projects and activities, which were
followed by a very rich discussion about the
interreligious dialogue as a methodology for
conflict resolution nonviolently. There was also
a hot discussion about the new elected
government Hamas, especially when the media
influence the ordinary people and mislead them
by changing the facts according to certain
interests.
